Director of Manufacturing Operations – Pharmaceutical & Chemical Manufacturing

Rheo Engineering is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead production of advanced powder handling, transfer, and containment systems for pharmaceutical and chemical clients. This role oversees end-to-end manufacturing operations, including planning, scheduling, quality, safety, and continuous improvement. You will drive Lean initiatives, optimize workflows, and manage a hands-on team in a highly technical, custom equipment environment. The Director partners closely with engineering and project teams, ensures regulatory and cGMP compliance, and supports on-time, on-budget delivery with exceptional quality and operator safety.
