This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Office Hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Patients Per Day: Average 10-25
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Scope: Primary Care, All Ages
- State Licensure: Active Ohio State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
- Responsibility for Advanced Practitioners: No
- Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 Weeks
