Occupational Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $129.01 - $139.65
This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: Monday Friday 8a-5p with a 30 minute lunch.
Patients per day: 20-25
Practice Setting: Clinic
Scope: Urgent Care
State Licensure: California state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Board Certified or Board Eligible, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified.
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
