Job Details

As an Associate Attorney / Senior Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Membership in the Alabama State Bar
3 or more years of commercial lending experience (real estate and/or C&I lending), with substantial involvement representing regional and national lenders in secured transactions and managing complex engagements in a team environment.
Willingness to work fully onsite in Birmingham, AL
