Full job description

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional for our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program. In partnership with Systeme.io’s tech-forward environment, you’ll deliver evidence-based group and individual therapy, complete biopsychosocial assessments, and develop collaborative treatment plans for adult patients with complex mental health needs. You’ll document in EHR systems, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, use secure digital tools for communication, and support outcome tracking, quality improvement, and patient education in a hybrid care model.
