Looking for a reliable babysitter for 2 kids, ages elementary and middle school

Mon, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays AM drop offs-720am to 820am not necessary PM pick up- 320-420pm Wednesdays PM is different-2-3 some days will need to stay until 615pm (this will be some occasions, very rarely, not gonna happen frequently) its 2 kids and $30 hr you will be working with a company that does background check and does payroll. If cant do mornings thats okay I also pay a $25 a week bonus. Sometimes, not often school has half days which they are let out same as Wednesday schedule. All federal holidays off. Can take off on school days off but can work something out if want a few hours. We also have saturday once a month available (5hrs) sometimes if interested.
