Job Overview

The Regional Float LVN Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Staffing department and is responsible for scheduling employees to ensure sufficient staff coverage for all shifts within the primary care clinics. This position also performs various supervisory duties requiring excellent organizational and management skills. Duties may include reviewing applicants’ resumes, identifying qualified applicants, conducting interviews, and retaining valuable employees.

Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited LVN school with a current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office environment; prior experience with staff scheduling preferred.

  • Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience preferred.

  • Prior experience with scheduling software is preferred.

  • IV Certification required

  • A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.

Compensation

Pay for this job starts at $77,126.00 annually
