Genesis HCC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to help lead clinical operations in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this role, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing patient-centered care, supervising and developing nursing staff, and ensuring regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team on care plans, quality initiatives, and performance improvement while fostering a culture of compassion, integrity, and continuous learning for patients, families, and staff.
