Pay Rate: $33.00/hr

Location: Cartersville, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM, Overtime Available
Pay: $30–$35/hour

Job Summary
We are hiring a Journeyman Electrician for a client in Cartersville, GA. This role leads helpers on commercial job sites, handling everything from blueprint layout to panel terminations and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates are experienced, safety-focused, and comfortable directing a crew.
Responsibilities
Lead and direct helpers/apprentices on job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, one-line diagrams, and panel schedules
Install electrical devices and fixtures
Bend and install EMT and rigid conduit
Perform panel and transformer terminations
Install and terminate disconnects and switchgear
Troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment
Install and support low voltage systems
Ensure work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
Must Haves
3+ years of journeyman-level electrical experience
Ability to read blueprints, one-line diagrams, and panel schedules
Experience bending EMT/rigid conduit
Experience with panel and transformer terminations
Experience troubleshooting electrical systems
Ability to lead and direct helpers
Own hand tools
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Skills
Experience with switchgear and disconnects
Low voltage system experience
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
Experience on large-scale commercial/industrial, data center, and mission critical projects
