Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehab care in our inpatient hospital. Working closely with occupational therapists, you will deliver hands-on treatments, assist with ADL and mobility training, and document patient progress to promote functional independence. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on patient-centered recovery and professional growth.
