Are you looking for a stable manufacturing career with a long weekend every week? We are seeking dependable, hands-on individuals to join our team as a Dip Mold Operator. If you have experience in machine shops, welding, fabrication, grinding, or industrial manufacturing environments, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

As a Dip Mold Operator, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality products while working with specialized coating and molding equipment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust dip molding and coating equipment to maintain product quality.
  • Prepare dipping solutions, molds, and substrates following established procedures.
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Accurately record production data, batch records, lot numbers, and process parameters.
  • Document in-process quality inspection results.
  • Identify and report equipment issues, material concerns, or process deviations.
  • Work closely with the production team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Work Environment

  • Production facility with a hot working environment.
  • Active, hands-on role that requires standing, moving, and working around manufacturing equipment.
  • Safety-focused workplace with proper procedures and training provided.

Schedule

  • Monday-Thursday
  • 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Once fully trained, start times offer some flexibility.
