Physical Therapist

Christian Living Communities, a nonprofit, faith-based senior living organization in Englewood, CO, is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to support older adults across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehabilitation. In this onsite role, you will evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapies focused on mobility, safety, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, and document care in alignment with regulatory and faith-driven standards while contributing to a culture of respect, integrity, and purposeful living.
