The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an Office Manager who wants more than just managing day-to-day tasks.

In this role, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of office operations and team performance
• Drive schedule efficiency, production, and collections
• Lead and develop both front and back office teams
• Create structure, accountability, and consistency across the office
• Play a key role in shaping systems and improving workflows

This is a position where your leadership directly impacts the success of the practice.

Requirements

• Prior strong dental office management experience - Required
• Strong knowledge of Dentrix - Required
• Bilingual (Spanish) - PLUS
• Dental Intelligence experience is a plus
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve office performance
• Strong organizational and communication skills
