• Fri ‐ Mon, 5 pm ‐ 5 am ‐‐ 12‐hour shifts
• Call only ‐‐ every 5th weekend
• 5 patients per shift
• Low and high risk OB ‐‐ plus gynecological patients
• Vacancy coverage ‐‐ ongoing until new provider starts
• Complicated deliveries required ‐‐ C‐sections, VBACs, breech
• OB ultrasound performance and interpretation required
• Minor GYN procedures ‐‐ IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, cryosurgery
