Intelligence Sharing Specialist – Mid
Position / LCAT: Intelligence Sharing Specialist Level: Mid Lead Designation: N/A Location: Fort Belvoir, VA
Role Summary
Provides data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery. Supports intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities, with a focus on foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination. Drafts and maintains Standard Operating Procedures, produces reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts, and delivers professional briefings to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide data integration support including data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
- Support intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination activities
- Support foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination operations
- Lead a team and manage work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures
- Produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Coordinate with bilateral and multilateral partner organizations on information sharing requirements
- Attend meetings and working groups as directed; provide meeting notes or after-action reports
- Consolidate points of contact for future engagements
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery
- 4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination
- Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts
- Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years
- Current DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with ability to obtain CI polygraph
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Associates degree with 7 years' experience in an intelligence discipline OR High School Diploma with 9 years' experience in an intelligence discipline
