Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• NY State PT License
• Over 1 year outpatient experience

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:45am-3:45pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 10:45am-6:45pm
• Outpatient setting with orthopedic, geriatric, and neuro patient population
