CSL is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Affairs to provide scientific and strategic leadership for our innovative biotherapies. In this role, you will shape and execute medical affairs plans, interpret and communicate complex clinical data, and partner closely with clinical development, regulatory, commercial, and market access teams. You will build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, lead scientific communications and medical education, and ensure all activities meet the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and patient focus in a global, mission-driven environment.
