4 shifts per month -- weekends (Thurs - Sun or Fri - Mon)
Day shift: 8 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 8 pm; 24-hr out-of-house option
~40 babies daily across 3 providers
Level III NICU experience required
No ECMO -- no circs
Maternity leave coverage
Private on-call room with bed, bathroom, and desk provided
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
