Experienced Print Operator

Our client, a dynamic organization in the printing and document management industry, is seeking a dedicated Copy Clerk to join their team. As a Copy Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Print Center supporting daily operations and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 19.50

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Review, prioritize, and submit print requests from various sources according to complexity and urgency.
• Ensure that all print outputs are quality checked and meet submitted instructions accurately.
• Deliver print jobs within established timeframes and maintain detailed logs of all work submitted and completed.
• Perform minor maintenance on reproduction equipment, such as clearing paper jams and routine cleaning.
• Monitor inventory levels of print supplies, including paper and toners, and inform clients of estimated completion times and delays.

What's Needed?

• High school Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of experience working directly in a print center or related environment.
• Familiarity with general job functions and understanding of detailed aspects of printing operations.
• Knowledge of machine operations from low to high volume high-speed duplicating equipment.
• Proficiency with reproduction-related equipment such as fax, scanner, punches, staplers, inserters, folders, paper cutters, spiral-binding, velo-binders, stitcher, and collators.
