REQUIRED:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited college or university.
2. Minimum 1 year of post-residency experience.
2. Diploma for completion of an American Board of Internal Medicine accredited Internal Medicine internship and residency.
3. NBME or Flex certification.
4. American Board of Internal Medicine certification or truly Board Eligible.
5. Unrestricted DEA number or ability to obtain one.
6. Unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one.
PREFERRED:
1. Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
