Rite-Hite is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to serve as the finance partner to our Distribution sales leadership team. Reporting to the Finance Director, Distribution, you will translate commercial activity into clear financial and market insights that improve profitable growth, pricing execution, resource allocation, and sales effectiveness. Working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners, you will lead commercial analytics, market intelligence, pricing governance, scenario modeling, and decision support across the commercial organization.

This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales leadership — Serve as the lead finance partner to regional and field Sales leaders, providing actionable insights, challenging assumptions, and helping leaders make financially sound decisions. Provide financial decision support for significant customer opportunities, nonstandard commercial terms, pricing exceptions, and strategic deals
  • Support strategic deals — Provide financial analysis and decision support for significant customer opportunities, strategic deals, pricing exceptions, and nonstandard commercial terms.
  • Turn data into market insights — Analyze internal and external data to develop a clear view of market size and growth, industry and end-market trends, customer segments, competitive activity, and regional dynamics.
  • Strengthen commercial intelligence — Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Unit teams to improve customer segmentation, competitive benchmarking, market intelligence, and opportunity assessment.
  • Drive pricing governance — Establish and continuously improve pricing processes across the Distribution organization, including approval thresholds, margin guardrails, escalation paths, and exception reporting.
  • Identify growth opportunities — Leverage customer and Global account analytics to uncover opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and customer value.
  • Influence business decisions — Build financial models, scenarios, and presentations that make complex information easy for business leaders to understand and act on.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive finance experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-financial leaders
  • Strong business acumen, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels
  • A high level of integrity, dependability, urgency, and results orientation
