*This position will be onsite M-F 8am - 5pm*
JOB SUMMARY
Install, configure and maintain company hardware, software, and operating systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES / SKILLS
- Configure and deploy hardware to new users and upgrade existing equipment when necessary.
- Perform DUO administration for users switching phones or needing resets.
- Perform laptop imaging and set up for new and existing employees
- Provide encryption keys to users as required
- Provide support and troubleshooting for all company hardware and software
- Install and configure desktop software
- Manage Desktop Support incident queue in Service Now completing or assigning tickets as necessary
- Update tasks with periodic problem status and resolution information
- Recommend equipment purchases as needed
- Perform asset management tasks as required
- Perform inventory of computer supplies as required
- Perform necessary Windows updates
- All other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education: Associates degree in related field or equal years of field experience
- 2 Years of Experience and A+ Certification Preferred
- Knowledge of specific systems or technologies / years or level of experience with each required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times and push a cart containing equipment.
