7:30 am - 3 pm, Mon - Fri -- rare evening calls handled by phone
20 - 30 cases per day
General pathology mix -- heavy GI biopsy and non-gyn cytology
Peripheral smear reviews, blood bank questions included in workload
FNA smears in radiology -- touch preps for biopsy adequacy
Pathologists gross in the afternoon -- no PA on staff
No autopsies -- most bone marrows sent out
Potential for future vacation coverage if a good fit
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
