Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: 8-hour, 10-hour, 11-hour, and 12-hour shifts; 8-hour shift: 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM; No on-call required; No overtime expected; 12-week assignment with a target start date of September
• Job Setting: 32 anesthesia rooms; Epic charting system; MDs supervising CRNAs at a 4:1 CRNA to MD ratio; MDs also performing their own cases
• Types of Cases: General, Cardiac, Neuro, Ortho, Urology, Endoscopy, Vascular, Bariatrics, OB/Gyn, Plastics
• Credentialing: Estimated privileging timeframe of 75 days; Candidates who need to obtain state licensure will be considered

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Certifications: Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Licensure: Current license as a registered professional nurse; Pennsylvania licensure required (candidates needing to obtain state license will be considered)
