Registered Nurse Med Surg Neuro Clinical Coordinator

St. David’s Medical Center in Austin, TX seeks a Registered Nurse Med Surg Neuro Clinical Coordinator to provide leadership and direct patient care on a high-acuity medical-surgical/neurology unit. The Clinical Coordinator supports patient-centered nursing practice, coordinates staffing and patient assignments, and ensures adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. This role precepts and mentors staff, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drives quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.
