RN PACU

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks a compassionate RN for our PACU to provide high-quality post-anesthesia care to a diverse surgical population. The RN will assess and monitor patients emerging from anesthesia, manage airways, pain, and hemodynamic stability, and respond rapidly to changes in condition. Responsibilities include medication and IV administration, accurate EMR documentation, collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams, and educating patients and families on post-op recovery. Working in our mission-driven, community-centered environment, you will advance health equity and deliver culturally responsive care for underserved South Los Angeles residents while participating in ongoing learning and quality improvement initiatives.
