Full job description
Intermountain Health is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will perform high-quality ultrasound examinations for high-risk pregnancies, collaborate closely with MFM physicians, and ensure accurate, compassionate patient care. You’ll counsel patients on exam procedures, maintain detailed documentation, and support a safe, efficient clinical environment.
