Location: Rainbow Gardens Adult Day Center | Gaithersburg, MD
Schedule: Per Diem | Day Shift | Some Saturdays
Wage: $36.00/hour
Language Preference: Bilingual Russian Speaking Preferred

Join our Adult Day Program team in Gaithersburg and provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care to adults and seniors. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who value building lasting relationships with the individuals they serve while enjoying a predictable daytime schedule and collaborative work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct health assessments and nursing evaluations
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Monitor participant health and proactively address medical concerns
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Provide training, guidance, and support to program staff regarding medical needs and best practices
• Participate in care planning meetings and provide nursing expertise to support participant outcomes
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and person-centered environment for all participants

Education & Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program
• Current Maryland RN license required
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with program staff and interdisciplinary team members
• Experience working with older adults, individuals with disabilities, or in healthcare settings preferred
