CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health RN Clinical Manager to lead in-home clinical operations for seniors and adults with chronic conditions. You’ll supervise field nurses, oversee patient assessments and care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality, safety, and outcomes. In collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll coordinate visits, mentor staff, and help patients recover, manage illness, and remain independent at home.
