Full job description

Locums - Pennsylvania CRNA Job - 30 Miles from Wilkes-Barre Clinical Role:
  • Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
  • Locum tenens opportunity
  • ASAP-ongoing
  • Looking for a full-time provider, but candidates with sporadic availability will also be considered
  • Hospital-based practice
  • Flexible scheduling options:
    • Five 8-hour shifts (7:00a-3:30p)
    • Four 10-hour shifts (7:00a-5:30p)
  • Optional second call from home for providers who live within 30 minutes of the facility
  • Primary call rotation approximately 1:3 (call may be taken from the hotel)
  • Callback averages approximately once per week
  • 150-bed hospital
  • Level III Trauma Center
  • Level I NICU
  • Approximately 2,500 surgical cases annually
  • Three operating rooms:
    • One room: 7:00a-3:00p
    • Two rooms: 7:00a-5:00p
  • Case mix includes:
    • General Surgery
    • Urology
    • Orthopedics
    • Obstetrics
    • Gastroenterology
    • Gynecology
    • ENT
  • Approximately 500 deliveries annually
  • No hearts, heads, trauma, neurosurgery, or pediatrics
  • Option to perform regional blocks and/or receive block re-education
  • Care team model with a 1:4 supervision ratio
  • Active ACLS and PALS required (or willing to obtain)
  • EMR: Epic
