Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
Assignment Details
- Flexible daily start time as long as patient visits are completed
- Documentation systems include NetHealth and PCC
