Job Description
Role Summary:
This Product Manager opportunity sits within the VAS (value-added services) organization driving product strategy from conception and definition through implementation. You will identify new business and market opportunities, create business plans, and determine market requirements for products, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and image. The role functions as a central resource, interacting with systems, marketing, and sales during product development, and formulates and executes long-term plans for cost and profit control. The Product Manager promote the use of new technologies and industry-leading trends.
This role will require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct product strategy from conception through implementation.
- Identify and evaluate new business and market opportunities.
- Develop business plans and determine market requirements for products.
- Ensure product consistency with organizational image and objectives.
- Serve as a central resource, collaborating with systems, marketing, and sales during product development.
- Formulate and execute long-term plans for cost and profit control.
- Promote adoption of new technologies and industry-leading trends.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications:
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
Mobile product management experience, including consumer-facing applications and engagement platforms.
Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or sales operations.
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and product delivery.
Experience delivering software solutions for sales, service, or CRM functions.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations.
Strong customer focus with experience translating user feedback into product improvements.
Track record of delivering high-quality products in fast-paced environments.
Agile certification (CSM, CSPO, or equivalent) preferred.
Financial services, payments, identity and access management, or high-growth technology experience.
Technical understanding of APIs, security standards, data encryption, and HSMs.
