About the Role

The shop is seeking an experienced Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor in Spring, TX, offering $75,000+ annual earning potential through hourly pay plus uncapped commission. This Monday–Friday role is focused on managing the customer experience from vehicle intake through delivery, including estimates, repair recommendations, approvals, and communication with technicians.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively in English and Spanish and is comfortable managing repair orders in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage repair orders from vehicle intake through delivery
• Build and present estimates and repair recommendations
• Secure customer approvals and close sales professionally
• Communicate with customers in English and Spanish
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to maintain workflow
• Work toward established sales and gross-profit goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of current or recent Automotive Service Advisor experience
• English/Spanish bilingual communication skills required
• Dealership or independent repair shop experience
• Strong automotive sales and estimating skills
• Strong customer communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with automotive shop management software

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000+ annual earning potential
• Hourly pay plus uncapped commission
• Commission based on monthly sales and 60% gross profit
• Weekly sales target of $20,000
