WHOOP is seeking an Allocation Analyst to support the Wholesale Planning function by ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time across our wholesale partner network. Reporting to the Wholesale Planning Manager, this role will play a critical part in driving sales, optimizing inventory health, and supporting scalable wholesale growth through thoughtful allocation strategies and data-driven insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute weekly and monthly allocation strategies across wholesale partners to support sales targets and inventory efficiency
Analyze sell-through, inventory levels, and demand signals to inform allocation decisions and identify risks and opportunities
Partner closely with the Wholesale Planning Manager to support forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure alignment on inventory availability and partner needs
Monitor in-season performance and proactively recommend allocation adjustments to maximize revenue and minimize excess inventory
Support reporting and ad-hoc analysis related to wholesale performance, inventory health, and allocation effectiveness
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in allocation, planning, merchandising, or a related analytical role, preferably within wholesale or consumer products
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with planning systems, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally
Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $140,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
