RN Float Pool

Novant Health is seeking an RN Float Pool nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple inpatient units. In this role, you will flex between specialties based on census and acuity, performing comprehensive assessments, administering medications and IV therapies, and documenting care in the EHR. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support rapid responses, and educate patients and families.
