Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
- Schedule service appointments with customers
- Greet customers and make them feel welcome!
- Work with customer and technician to identify required services using vehicle’s service history
- Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs
- Notify customers of any special advertised services to take advantage of
- Compute the cost of replacement parts and labor to restore the vehicle to the condition specified by the customer
- Address customer’s questions and needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure comprehensive pre-delivery check of customer vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and that all items identified for service/repair have been completed as scheduled
- Review results of customer satisfaction surveys with the service manager
- Establish long-term positive relationships with customers
- Meet the dealership’s standards for repair/order production
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
- Service Advisor experience is preferred but not required
- Good customer service skills
- Must be a team player
- Valid driver’s license
