Lead Hotel Maintenance Tech

Manpower, in partnership with a premier hotel in Fort Collins, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Lead Maintenance Technician. Pay starts at $23 to $25.00/hour, with room for growth!

***Flexible schedule - Weekends Required

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee other maintenance techs
Verify work tickets are completed in a timely manner
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders.
Perform minor repairs on plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
Diagnose and address equipment malfunctions.
Communicate effectively with staff, management, and guests.
Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
Maintain and repair furniture and fixtures.
Conduct preventative maintenance.
Assist with houseman duties as needed.
