Physical Therapist

VNS Health seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality home-based care to patients across the Bronx. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and ensure accurate documentation.
