Mon - Fri, 8-hour days -- 7 am - 3:30 pm; one weekend/month
Inpatient rounding: 12 - 15 patients per day
Inpatient cardiology -- no outpatient clinic
ACLS and BLS certification required
Procedures: remove pericardial drains and temporary pacemakers
Patient populations: adolescent, adult, and geriatric
