Production Rolls

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and warehousing, is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join their team as Production Rolls. As a Production Rolls, you will play a vital role in supporting the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Rolls

Location: Newburyport, MA

Pay Range: $16 to $20 upon experience and roll

Shift: 1st- 2nd and 3rd

What's the Job?

Warehouse Worker

• Previous forklift experience required ,Experience using RF scanners required ,Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with inventory and material handling

Prep Supply Associate

• Support production operations by pulling and kitting ingredients, following FIFO procedures, tracking lot numbers, completing DSI transactions, supplying packaging materials, and ensuring materials are available according to production schedules.

Mixer

• Operate and maintain mixing equipment by setting up, running, and cleaning mixers, accurately weighing ingredients, following FIFO procedures, completing production documentation and DSI transactions, and ensuring products meet specifications.

Sanitation Assistant

• Responsible for cleaning equipment and facility areas, operating sanitation machinery, following GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards, and supporting food safety and quality audits while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to operate production machinery and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety standards
