Quad is seeking motivated individuals to join our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Apprenticeship Program in Pewaukee. This program combines paid, hands-on training with related instruction to develop the skills needed to maintain and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.

* Mechanical Systems: Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors
* Hydraulics & Pneumatics: System components, troubleshooting, repair
* Installation & Setup: Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up
* Maintenance: Preventive and predictive diagnostics
* Machining & Fabrication: Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork
