Spira Manufacturing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician 1 who will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the production process, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate production of high-quality products.

Job Accountabilities:
- Perform station and machine setups as requested.
- Perform production processes as outlined in written company procedures and/or as instructed by supervisor.
- Accurately fill out production work travelers.
- Follow safety rules as written in Safety Manual and discussed in Safety Meetings.
- Use manufacturing computer for time and project tracking.
- Keep workstation clean and tidy. Ensure no tools in assigned toolbox are lost.
- Perform cleanup daily as requested.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Job Specifications:
Education: HS Diploma/GED Equivalent or a combination of equivalent relevant work experience required
Years Experience: 1+ years of experience in manufacturing/production environment
Skills:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to work while wearing a respirator / safety PPE to minimize exposure to some chemicals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
