Sol Physical Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Tucson. Our practice emphasizes advanced manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and evidence-driven care. We combine state-of-the-art technology with a collaborative and upbeat environment where therapists are encouraged to develop their clinical expertise and pursue specialty areas of interest.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
Provide expert, hands-on care using advanced manual therapy and exercise-based techniques.
Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, caregivers, and referring providers.
Document progress, update treatment plans, and ensure quality and continuity of care.
Supervise physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional outcomes and maintain a positive clinic culture.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Advanced or interest in manual therapy and/or sports rehabilitation background preferred.
Interest in developing or expanding a clinical specialty (e.g., hand therapy, sports, pelvic health, chronic pain, or vestibular rehabilitation).
Current or future Arizona PT license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
CPR certification.
Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Energetic, team-oriented mindset — and a passion for helping patients thrive.
