Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: August 31 – ongoing, Clinic and call, 1 week per month
·
Practice Setting: Outpatient
·
Types of Cases: Light outpatient clinic schedule, 24 hour call, will have APPs during the day who can round and see the consults
·
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
·
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
·
Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Board certification
·
Licensure Required: Active Pennsylvania license
