An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Family Medicine team. This is a rare opportunity to join a physician-led, community-focused organization that prioritizes patient relationships, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- New graduates welcome
- Can sponsor H1b Visas
Compensation & Benefits:
- $325K base salary + production incentives
- $25K sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
- 34 days of PTO in your first year
