Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Patient Care LPN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The LPN will provide direct bedside care, administer medications, perform wound care, monitor vitals, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. You will educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe recovery and optimal outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunities for professional growth.
