Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8;10;12 Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65
This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday - Friday, 8s, 10s, 12s (8s are their priority); Minimum of 30 hours per week, Not looking at PRN candidates
- Required Cases: general, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, pediatrics Ear Nose Throat, Obstetrics, Catheterization laboratory, IR (stroke), neurology, general, CV (doc only) vascular, pain
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: Care Team (Medical direction)
- Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days
- License required or willing to license: Active Illinois State License required
