FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation services. In this clinician-owned practice, you will evaluate and treat older adults in a variety of settings, develop individualized treatment plans, and focus on functional outcomes that enhance quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document care accurately, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
