<p><b>Volt</b> is immediately hiring a <b>Direct Hire Project Manager (Land Development) </b>in <b>Santa Clarita, CA.</b></p> <p>As a <b>Project Manager</b>, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering, surveying, or planning projects.</li> <li>Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans to ensure successful project outcomes.</li> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.</li> <li>Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, billing, contract administration, and change management.</li> <li>Provide leadership, direction, and technical guidance to project teams.</li> <li>Coordinate project resources and delegate responsibilities to meet schedule and quality objectives.</li> <li>Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain budget and timeline goals.</li> <li>Support business development efforts through client engagement, proposal preparation, and networking activities.</li> </ul> <p>This is a <b>full-time, direct hire</b> opportunity.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have:</p> <p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Planning, or a related field.</li> <li>10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, land surveying, planning, or project management.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships.</li> <li>Strong leadership and team management abilities.</li> <li>Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating project resources.</li> <li>Knowledge of project management principles, contract administration, budgeting, and project controls.</li> <li>Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.</li> <li>California registration as a Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor.</li> <li>Experience managing land development, infrastructure, or public works projects.</li> <li>Proposal development and business development experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with CADD and engineering design software.</li> <li>Experience mentoring, developing, and evaluating technical staff.</li> </ul> <p><b>Pay Rate: $140,000 - $180,000 annually. </b></p> <p>Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW</b> for immediate consideration!
