Full job description

GFL Environmental is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Welder to support safe, reliable operation of our trucks and heavy equipment. In this role, you’ll perform structural and component welding, fabrication, and repair on waste and recycling fleet assets, using MIG, TIG, and stick processes. You’ll inspect damage, interpret blueprints, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Working closely with mechanics and operations, you’ll help minimize downtime, keep essential services running, and support GFL’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and community service.
